Ingredients

• 30 ml Mezcal
• 30 ml Amaro Averna
• 15 ml Campari
• 5 ml Crème de Pêche
• 5 ml Overproof Rum
• 1 dash Grapefruit Bitters
• 2 drops 20% Saline Solution

Instructions

Stir with ice; strain into a coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.

Overproof rum — Wray & Nephew. Named for Huatusco de Chicuellar.
