- 10 g Chocolate: Cacao Nibs (24h room temp)
- 3 Tbsp Coffee: Coffee Beans (24h room temp)
- 15 Strawberry: Strawberries, cut (24-48h fridge)
- 2 rounds Pineapple: Fresh Pineapple (24-48h fridge)
- 250 ml Campari (per infusion)
Instructions
Combine infusion ingredient with 250ml Campari. Rest at room temperature (or fridge for fruit). Stir occasionally. Strain and bottle.
Pick one infusion per batch. Coconut also works well.
