- 30 ml Dark Rum
- 30 ml Brandy
- 45-60 ml Tom & Jerry Batter
- 120 ml Milk
- 15 ml Amaro Averna
- Nutmeg
Instructions
Add rum, brandy, and batter to a warm mug. Fill with boiling milk and stir. Float Averna on top and grate nutmeg over the drink.
House twist: Averna float. Use 45-60 ml batter per mug (see Tom & Jerry Batter).
