Pineapple and Lime Rum🚩

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Rum
  • 30 ml Simple Syrup
  • 4 Wheels Pineapple
  • 120 ml Lime Juice
  • 3 zest of Limes

Instructions

Roast Pineapples at 200C for 30 min on foil. 1 cup each rum and pineapple + Syrup, infuse for 2 days. Add lime and infuse for 1 day. Strain.
