- 250 ml Rum
- 30 ml Simple Syrup
- 4 Wheels Pineapple
- 120 ml Lime Juice
- 3 zest of Limes
Instructions
Roast Pineapples at 200C for 30 min on foil. 1 cup each rum and pineapple + Syrup, infuse for 2 days. Add lime and infuse for 1 day. Strain.
