- 300 ml Bloody Negroni Tomato Mix*
- 150 ml Gin
- 150 ml Campari
- 150 ml Sweet Vermouth
Instructions
Combine tomato mix, gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a bottle. Shake gently and refrigerate a few hours. Slowly strain through a coffee filter until clear; do not press.
Batch premix. Luxardo Bitter Rosso for Campari; Vault Red Vermouth for sweet vermouth.
