- 45 ml Aged Rum
- 15 ml White Miso
- 10 ml Galangal Syrup
- 5 ml Citric Acid Solution
- 2 drops Sesame Oil
Instructions
Stir rum, miso paste, galangal syrup, and citric acid solution with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Finish with sesame oil floated on top.
