Coffee Oil-Washed Gin🚩

Ingredients

• 400 ml Gin
• 120 ml Coffee Oil

Instructions

Combine gin and coffee oil in a sous-vide bag. Cook at 55°C for 2 hours. Chill, freeze overnight, then filter through a coffee filter in the fridge. Bottle.

London Dry gin. Coffee oil yield from the Coffee Oil recipe is about 120 ml.
