- 120 ml Brandy
- 45 ml Pedro XimΓ©nez Sherry
- 20 ml Honey Syrup
- 45 ml Lemon Juice
- 60 ml Pistachio Milk*
Instructions
Combine brandy, sherry, honey syrup, lemon juice, and pistachio milk; milk-wash (curdle and filter through cloth) for a clarified milk punch. Serve chilled or over ice as desired.
Clarified milk punch; reserve unused pistachio milk refrigerated. In practice lemon juice is often prepared as super juice (see recipe Super Juice (all ratios)).
