Pistachio Milk🚩

Ingredients

  • 100 g Pistachios (peeled, unsalted)
  • 50 g Feta Brine
  • 250 g Water

Instructions

Soak pistachios in water 1–2 hours; drain, peel, rinse. Heat water with feta brine over medium heat until hot (do not boil). Blend with pistachios to a paste. Strain through cheesecloth; squeeze well (a potato ricer helps). Refrigerate; use within a few days.
