- 45 ml Maritime Gin
- 20 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 15 ml Campari
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Raspberry Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass.
A "Negroni Sour" hybrid. Use Isle of Harris gin (North Atlantic Sea Kelp) for authenticity. Can substitute Aperol for Campari.
