- 30 ml Mezcal
- 15 ml Cacao Campari
- 15 ml Yuzu Liqueur
- 30 ml Acidic Solution
- 30 ml Simple Syrup
- 30 ml Sparkling Wine
Instructions
Shake all except prosecco with ice, strain, top with prosecco. Optionally smoke with cherry wood.
Acid Water: 30 ml water, 2.4 g citric acid, 1.2 g malic acid.
