Negroni Fizz🚩

Ingredients

• 37.5 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Campari
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 3 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 60 ml Heavy Cream
• 7.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 3 drops Orange Blossom Water
• 60 ml Soda

Instructions

Dry shake gin, Campari, vermouth, bitters, sugar, heavy cream, Lemon Juice, and Egg White for 2 minutes, then shake with ice for another 30-40 seconds. Pour over 60 ml club soda, adding more soda if needed to create a foam layer. Add orange blossom water last.
