• 120 ml Rum
• 60 ml Licor 43
• 50 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 20 ml Port
• 70 ml Lime Juice
• 40 ml Simple Syrup
• 30 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 3 ml Angostura Bitters
• 70 ml Milk

Instructions

Mix all, let curdle, filter.

Total quantity after flocculating and filtering: approx. 390 ml (4 drinks)
