Negroni Sour🚩

Ingredients

• 30 ml Gin
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 22.5 ml Campari
• 15 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin with no ice & dry shake. Add ice & wet shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice & Angostura Bitters.
