- 60 ml Browned Butter Bourbon*
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Simple Syrup
- 20 ml Egg White
- few dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Dry-shake, then shake with ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Dash Angostura on the foam if desired.
0.7 oz ≈ 20 ml for syrup and egg white.
