- 180 ml Gin
- 60 ml Dry Vermouth
- 160 g Frozen Tomato
- 41 g Sugar
- 4 g Lime Peel
- 3.2 g Citric Acid
- 1 g Malic Acid
- 8 drops 20% Saline Solution
Instructions
Blend everything until smooth (longer if tomatoes are frozen). Rest about 12 hours until solids separate. Filter through coffee or muslin until clear.
Batch clarified premix. London dry gin.
