- 60 ml Bourbon
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- 5 ml Soy Sauce
- 5 ml Rice Vinegar
Instructions
Shake with ice. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
Gold Rush seasoned with honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Keep soy and vinegar at 5 ml each so they read as seasoning.
