- 30 ml Bourbon
- 20 ml Brandy
- 10 ml Oloroso Sherry
- 10 ml Marsala*
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 7.5 ml Amaretto
- 5 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 15 ml Egg White
Instructions
Dry shake to emulsify the olive oil. Shake hard with ice, double-strain into a coupe, and garnish with grated nutmeg.
Bar Leone olive oil sour with sweet Marsala in the split. Amaretto replaces banana liqueur. Honey syrup is 2:1. Brandy is Italian or Spanish reserve.
