Smoked Oolong Mizunara🚩

Ingredients

• 35 ml Scotch Whisky
• 15 ml Oolong Tea
• 5 ml Crème de Cacao

Instructions

Flame a food-safe palo santo chip and invert a small tasting glass over the smoke. Stir whisky, oolong tea, and crème de cacao with ice. Turn the glass upright and strain the drink into the smoked glass.

Oriental Experience flight, serve 2 of 3. Strong brewed oolong, chilled.
