- 15 ml Mezcal
- 20 ml Manzanilla Sherry
- 20 ml Clarified Low-Salt Lacto-Tomato Water*
- 5 ml Agave Syrup
Instructions
Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled martini or Nick & Nora glass. Drop in a thin cherry tomato coin (end-cap slice).
