- 240 ml Bourbon
- 120 ml Lemon Juice
- 120 ml Simple Syrup
- 8 drops Saline Solution
- 120 ml Milk
- to float Dry Red Wine
Instructions
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and saline. Pour into milk and let curdle. Strain through a coffee filter. Serve over clear ice and float dry red wine.
Batch for 4. Single serve is 60 / 30 / 30 ml plus 2 drops saline into 30 ml milk. Bourbon — Bulleit. Float Italian dry red wine.
