Ingredients

• 52.5 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml St. Germain
• 7.5 ml Maraschino
• 7.5 ml Grenadine
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 Egg White
• 3 drops 20% Saline Solution
• rinse Absinthe*
• Lemon Peel

Instructions

Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a chilled absinthe-rinsed Nick and Nora. Express a lemon peel over the top and discard.
