- 15 ml Cynar
- 30 ml Market Cola Syrup
- 12 ml Lemon Juice
- 12 ml Lime Juice
- 4 drops 20% Saline Solution
- 1 Orange Peel
- 2 Lemon Peel
- 3 Lime Peel
- to top Soda Water
Instructions
Shake Averna, Cynar, Market Cola Syrup, citrus juices, and saline with ice just to chill. Express orange, lemon, and lime peels into the shaker and drop them in. Strain into a chilled highball or Collins. Top with ice-cold soda, stir gently, and garnish with an orange twist.
Adjust Averna:Cynar for bitterness (e.g. 52.5:7.5 ml or omit Cynar). Pathfinder for NA. Or shake base with ~60 ml ice-equivalent until melted, then force-carbonate.
