50 ml Cilantro Vodka
22.5 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
2 pinch Black Pepper
to top Ginger Beer

Instructions

Shake cilantro vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and black pepper with ice. Strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a cilantro sprig.
