- 45 ml Mezcal
- 22.5 ml Dry Vermouth Verjuice
- 15 ml Green Tea Cordial
- 6 Sage Leaves
Instructions
Muddle sage leaves. Add mezcal, dry vermouth verjuice, and green tea cordial. Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a sage leaf.
