Ube Coconut Milk Foam🚩

Ingredients

  • 240 ml Canned Coconut Milk
  • 60 ml Ube Halaya
  • 10 piece Coffee Beans

Instructions

Simmer coconut milk; off heat, dissolve ube halaya. Add coffee beans, cool, and strain. Charge in a whipping canister with 1 nitrogen charger; shake 3–4 times and refrigerate 1 hour.

Coconut ube cream. 10–12 beans. Foam when dispensed.
