- 45 ml Olive Oil-Washed Gin
- 30 ml Bitter Bianco
- 30 ml White Vermouth
- 10 ml Guindilla Brine
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain.
Olive oil-washed gin: stir 250 ml gin with 75 ml olive oil for 15 minutes, let separate, then freeze and filter. Uses 2 tsp guindilla brine.
