- 37.5 ml Coconut Gin Infusion
- 30 ml Pineapple Suze Infusion
- 30 ml Lillet Blanc
- 2 drops Saline Solution
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain.
From Joshua AKA @driftersjoint. Coconut gin: infuse 240 ml gin with 20 g toasted coconut for 48 hours, then strain. Pineapple Suze: infuse 240 ml Suze with 18 g freeze-dried pineapple, or 65 g dehydrated pineapple, for 48 hours, then strain.
