- 45 ml Mezcal
- 30 ml Aperol
- 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 4 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 90 ml Club Soda
Instructions
Shake with ice; strain into a Collins glass without ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs.
