- 15 g Celery (fresh, chopped, approx. 15 cm stick)
- 1 pinch Celery Salt
- 45 ml Gin
- 7.5 ml Chartreuse Verte
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Rich Simple Syrup
- 5 ml White Wine Vinegar
- 2 dashes Celery Bitters
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a chilled glass.
