Celery Gimlet🚩

Ingredients

• 15 g Celery (fresh, chopped, approx. 15 cm stick)
• 1 pinch Celery Salt
• 45 ml Gin
• 7.5 ml Chartreuse Verte
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Rich Simple Syrup
• 5 ml White Wine Vinegar
• 2 dashes Celery Bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a chilled glass.
