Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
• 15 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 7.5 ml Licor 43
• 1 Egg White

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients; add ice and shake again. Strain into a glass.
