- per 20 g peels Mandarin — 13 g Citric, 6 g Malic, 1 g Ascorbic (Vit C)
- per 20 g peels Lime — 12 g Citric, 6 g Malic, 2 g Ascorbic (Vit C)
- per 20 g peels Lemon — 12 g Citric, 6 g Malic, 2 g Ascorbic (Vit C)

Reference only. Pick a citrus below; mix its peels with the listed acids (and MSG for grapefruit), rest 2 hours, then blend with water and fruit juice, strain.
Use ~333 g water per 20 g peels. Total acid = weight of peels (1:1)
