- 70 g Toasted White Sesame Seeds
- 360 ml Hot Water
- 250 g Demerara Sugar
Instructions
Blend 70g toasted white sesame seeds with 360ml hot water until smooth. Rest 30 min. Strain through fine mesh, pressing to extract liquid. Blend strained liquid with 250g Demerara sugar until creamy. Store refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
