- 80 g Hot Water
- 170 g Cold Water
- 1.5 g Methylcellulose
- 0.15 g Xanthan Gum
- 10 g Gum Arabic
Instructions
Heat 80 g of water to a gentle simmer and mix in methylcellulose, xanthan gum, and gum arabic for 5 minutes. Slowly add 170 g of cold water while stirring, then mix another 5 minutes until fully hydrated. Store in squeeze bottles; shake before use.
