Ingredients

• 30 ml Licor 43
• 30 ml Sherry
• 22.5 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 1 tsp Ginger Marmalade
• 30 ml Espresso
• 60 ml Tonic

Instructions

Whip shake first four ingredients. Add espresso and tonic.

Olorosso Sherry works best.
