- 150 g Tomato Water
- 43 g Sugar
- 4 g Citric Acid
- 2.8 g Malic Acid
- 1 g Salt
Instructions
Filter tomato water cold; stir in all else until dissolved.
Grate tomatoes to get tomato water (~200 ml from 3 large tomatoes). Keeps 3 days in fridge.
