  • 67.5 g Sugar
  • 42.5 g Water
  • 2.1 g Citric Acid
  • 82.5 g Vinegar (7%)

Instructions

Macerate fruit and sugar overnight; add rest, stir, strain, bottle, chill.

Keeps for weeks in fridge. Scale as needed.
