- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Raspberry Syrup
- 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a raspberry and a lime twist.
