Coconut Carajillo🚩

Ingredients

• 35 g Powdered Coconut Cream
• 75 g Water
• 120 ml Tequila
• 120 ml Licor 43
• 180 ml Espresso

Instructions

Cook powdered coconut in a sauce pan until browned. Mix coconut and water well. Add other ingredients, wait until clear separation, then filter. Shake 90 ml with a large ice cube.
