Ingredients

• 60 ml Limoncello
• 7.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 70 ml Water
• 30 ml Honey Syrup
• 2 drops Saline Solution
• 1 ml Sichuan Peppercorn Tincture
• 1 Egg

Instructions

Heat ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low, whisking constantly until fluffy and steaming. Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
