Ingredients

• 200 g White Chocolate
• 200 g Coconut Cream
• 100 ml Methocel Solution

Instructions

Melt white chocolate in coconut cream over low heat; cool, add to cream siphon with Methocel Solution. Charge with N2O, shake, and refrigerate.
