- 1200 g Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
- 204 ml Spirit
- 100 g Sugar
- 2.4 g Pectinex
- 0.8 g Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Instructions
Blend strawberries, sugar, grain alcohol, Pectinex, and vitamin C. Freeze to cryo-concentrate, strain until reaching 600 ml of juice, then mix with alcohol. Bottle and label.
