- 2 drops Saline Solution
- 1 Egg
- 15 g Sugar
- 100 ml White Wine
Instructions
Heat all ingredients while whisking until fluffy and steaming. Serve in a vintage coupe glass and top with nutmeg, cinnamon, or tonka bean.
