Ingredients

• 15 ml Brandy
• 7.5 ml Triple Sec
• 2 drops Saline Solution
• 1 Egg
• 15 g Sugar
• 100 ml White Wine

Instructions

Heat all ingredients while whisking until fluffy and steaming. Serve in a vintage coupe glass and top with nutmeg, cinnamon, or tonka bean.
