Ingredients

  • 45 ml Tequila
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 90 ml Fermented Grapefruit Soda
  • 4 drops Saline Solution

Instructions

In a chilled highball glass with ice, add tequila, Lime Juice, Saline Solution (if needed), and top with fermented grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, pineapple frond, and slice of ginger.

Choose fermented soda based on preference: Lactofermented, Tepache, or Ginger.
