- 160 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 90 ml Tepache Starter
- 75 g Boiling Water
- 150 g Sugar
- 1.5 g Dried Hibiscus
Instructions
Prepare hibiscus tea, mix with remaining ingredients, and ferment in a soda bottle. Chill and carbonate.
