- 260 g Water
- 40 g Rose Water
- 60 ml Lime Juice
- 12 g Lime Peels
- 4 g White Peppercorns (Crushed)
- 40 ml Apple Vinegar
- 6.66 g Citric Acid
- 3.33 g Malic Acid
- 172 g Sugar
- 1 g Agar Agar
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except agar agar for 30 seconds. Let infuse for 30 minutes. Dissolve agar in a portion of the cordial over low heat, then mix with the rest. Chill until set, strain through cloth. Smoke the cordial, mix well, and bottle. Chill for up to 10 days.
