  • 200 g Fresh Pineapple
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 5 g Gum Arabic Powder

Instructions

Blend pineapple chunks, strain juice. Heat juice with sugar until dissolved. Whisk in gum arabic powder. Cool and bottle. Keeps 2-3 weeks refrigerated.
